WorkCon, in close collaboration with PEAB Grundläggning, has developed a specially adapted container for concrete mixture in demanding environments. The solution is designed to address the specific challenges that arise in concrete handling in the field, where efficiency, operational reliability, and the work environment are critical factors.

The custom container is equipped with a range of features that make it both flexible and user-friendly:
Efficient Connection and Operation
On the back, there are electrical connections and inlets/outlets for water, creating a smooth plug-and-play solution for quick installation. In the event of a water outage, continued operation is ensured through an integrated water reserve of 1.5 m³.
Automated Concrete Handling
The container is equipped with an external intake for dry concrete via a silo. The concrete is automatically dosed using a screw, minimizing manual work and ensuring a consistent mixing process.
Flexible and Powerful Concrete Distribution
A hose reel with 300 meters of 1” hose and a working pressure of 40 bar enables efficient pumping of the pre-mixed concrete. All handling is done through a hatch, meaning the container can remain sealed during operation – a solution that contributes to both safety and the work environment.
Remote Control for Increased Control
Through an external control panel, the process can be remotely controlled, giving operators increased flexibility and the ability to monitor production from a distance.
Modular Construction for Easy Service and Adaptation
The modular design of the container makes it easy to perform service and maintenance without affecting operations. Furthermore, the smooth design simplifies deployment on new job sites.
Robust Construction for Harsh Environments
Electrical components are of a high IP rating, ensuring safe and durable operation even in damp and demanding work environments.

The container is climate-adjusted to ensure that the concrete always maintains the correct temperature and consistency, regardless of external conditions.
